
Organising a successful, high quality business event or special family celebration can be both time consuming and complex, putting a severe strain on your workload and resources.
As soon as you decide to contact Events & Occasions we will begin by discussing your event on the telephone (or email if you prefer). After an initial exchange we will make an appointment to come to see you (this can be over an email if you prefer) to discuss the event with you and find out more details like what your objectives/aims are for the event, how many guests etc., Following this we will then begin to put some ideas together with some costings for you to consider. Only when you are completely happy with our ideas and the costs involved, will we begin work on the event and start to make the necessary arrangements with the venue, caterers and other suppliers etc.
When we are all happy with what is to be done we will then draw up a contract in the form of a simple letter listing all that we have discussed and agreed and setting out our terms of payment. If you are happy with this we ask you to sign a copy of the letter and send it back to us. You keep a copy for your reference.
After the event we will either meet with you or telephone you to discuss a suitable follow up procedure and method of evaluation. Should you require this service there is no additional charge because we prefer our clients to be completely happy and satisfied. Who knows, you may choose us again for your next event?
